WEDNESDAY MORNING

CHAIR YOGA  10 – 10:45 AM  (No mat needed)

THURSDAY MORNING
GENTLE YOGA 
9:30 – 10:30am

 Wear loose clothing, bring a yoga mat, large towel or small blanket and arrive 10 minutes prior to class time.
